It was a little bit uncomfortable with the weather condition that the hot water finished quiet fast. And the bed mattress was a bit too old I guess, this way it wasn't the most comfortable, but ok.
The accomodation is in the jewish district, so that it's near to every places. There are really nice bars and cafes nearby.

It could be cleaner there. Limit of hot water in boiler felt sometimes. Noice and vibration from trams also felt in the evening.
Good location, soft beds, nice bathroom, most important - working WiFi :)

Only one roll of toilet roll, no cleaning of the room whilst staying there so by the end the floor was dirty, no bath mat in the shower room. Room located in old reception area which had moved and the phone kept ringing outside the room. This happened during our whole stay
Location was really good, for the money property met expectations. Staff very friendly

Could be good to have cleaning during your stay or more than 1 towel for the whole stay, however the other features mentioned compensate it.
I was surprised by the room, very big and with all the facilities you could need. The staff was always attentive and helpful and the location was excellent; many places to eat around.

We had a 2 person private room that was super nice, like hotel quality nice. The room was large and the bathroom was beautiful with a great shower and very clean. The receptionists were all friendly and willing to give us tips on where to go and the best ways to get to various places. There is no luggage room, instead bags are stored behind the reception desk after checkout or before checkin. Our room was in a separate building from the checkin area, but never had any problems. Would stay again.

Good location, 15 minute walk to the main square and also 10 min. to the old Jewish district. Unfortunately, it's just by the noisy road full of trams that start to run at 5am. Also the room wasn't clean enough. Overall not bad but could be better:)

A very nice place to stay at. The location is right about perfect. It's in a short walking distance of the city center, the Wawel and the Jewish district, which makes it easy to stroll around the city. The public transport is right in front of the door, you can reach the main station within a few minutes from there. The area of Stradom is great too, there are shops and supermarkets, even a bakery very close. As for the hotel, we did have a big room with an attached kitchen (small but practical) and a modern clean bathroom. The beds are comfortable enough, the room is clean and it's not too noisy, though it's located by a main street. The staff was friendly and beyond helpful, even late at night, when we arrived. Only thing I'd say was really bad was the breakfast. It was served in the basement of a nearby restaurant, and though the variety of food was quite fine, the goods weren't properly cooled, which was a problem with the warm weather we had outside. Everything else was just nice and wonderful and i can only recommend the hostel.

The hotel was about a 40 minute walk from the train station but only a 5 minute walk to the castle and a 10 minute walk to the main square. The road this hotel is located on looks a bit dodgy at night but we had no issue walking to and from, even late at night.

When we arrived, they had miss-booked us and could find our booking. They had it on their system that we were arrived 1 day later. As this was our first hotel of a three week trip we were worried. However after a few moments the lady said that she had found us another room. It was in fact a 2 bedroom apartment.

The apartment we were given was actually in a separate building from the hostel about 100m down the street. This building is a bit shabby inside but it was an old building so it could be expected. However they were some old mattresses etc. and furnature on some of the landings. There were also 2 separate coded security doors that we had to go through to get to the stairwell, so the building felt secure from the outside. The apartment was very big and cosisted of a modern and clean kitchen, a modern and clean bathroom (although the plumbing was a bit dodgy looking) and two bedroom. The facilities were good including large wardrobes, a tv, and essentials. One of the downsides were the sheets and bed. Although the sheets seemed clean, they were very old and bobbley which made them feel unclean. Also the mattress was very thin. The only other issue was the front door. The door locked but it was a very old wooden door that if pushed hard enough would break open. We felt fine at night because we put the chain over but we were worried about our belongings when we were out.

Overall our experience was very good for the price we paid and the location was great.

We stayed in a double room and ended up with an appartment just for ourselves, which was very nice and secure. The room was right in the jewish quarter but about 15 minutes from the actual city center, which was a bit long sometimes. The staff was nice, the appartment and the facilities were clean and well-functioning. I thought it was on the expensive side though, and we had to pay 20 zlotys to leave our luggage at the reception on the last day, even though they were not locked up or anything.

Helpful and friendly service in the reception , bathroom, kitchen - all hostel - fridge in a room - storage to leave luggage - free coffee and tea in the kitchen - great quality and good price - possibility to rent bikes for free - enough amount of sockets for five people in a room to recharge phones and camera's battery in the same time - close to Kazimierz and 5' walk to Old Town
